The backlighting works well against the white tee, blonde hair and tan pants.
Posing looks natural and comfortable, not forced.
Tonal range of the colours work well in whole image.
Maybe a little bit blown out at the top with the sky with the whites, but you can still clearly make out the model.
Great use of the rule of thirds, having the model off centre gives both, foreground and background elements to 'breathe'.
The hair coming over half the face gives it a bit of seduction going on (to me anyway).
Model + open shirt = Sex appeal !!
