The composition got me here checking out this image- I love her pose; your idea or hers? I've never seen this in a photograph.
Now she's not the right subject but the thought upon looking at this was... Let's see if I can put this into words... Ok. There's is a need for tasteful, yet... what's the word... I'm thinking breast cancer survivors. It's a huge deal and can so deeply effect so many people, and often with the feeling of being "less than" women who have not encountered this in their personal lives.
How she has her hand up near her heart, yet covers her breast in a modest way, yet also it's revealing (even... tastefully sexy?)... I'm thinking, if I was a woman feeling horrible about this part of me, and having had some rough events, this kind of presentation, that isn't exploitative or too erotic, but still draws attention to that part, wouldn't be offensive. It's clear, it's directed and it's emotional and has taste. I'd say it's classic even. And she's not less in any way. Of course she HAS her breast, but one could photoshop it out or find a model who did not, - it's the POSE and the angles of her body and head. I'd say send it over to the breast cancer awareness groups and see if they have some more input- this pose is a great start.
and I hope I didn't offend anyone- just my $0.02 as we say in the USA.
