Love the image! I am not sure exactly the context for the image, but with a slight increase in contrast and saturation I feel it can make the image that much stronger. Do not try to do to much with the adjustments, as you want to stay with the angelic softening of the models face.

I love the way you have composed the photograph too. It is a very good example of portraiture work once again. I love the impact of the red lipstick compared to the soft light toning of the rest of the image. It makes one wonder what she is waiting for.
